Youth
St. Joseph's Young Adult Catholics
Chairpersons: Monica Smith 590-4477
And Tanya Ingels 573-9194
YAC is a ministry for young adults (21-40ish) who want to meet
new people, have fun, and grow in their faith. Currently, we host
a monthly potluck discussion group open to the whole parish. We
have different speakers come in and give talks on various topics.
We also have a Renew group that meets weekly and discusses the Sunday
readings. Once a month we get together for a social activity. We
also host ballroom dance classes for the parish a few times a year.
This year we are co-hosting the St. Joseph's First Annual Spring
Clean Up in April. Please join us to learn more about and to become
a part of this exciting new ministry. For more information or to
receive our e-mail updates, please call Monica Smith at 590-4477
or Tanya Ingels at 570-9194 or e-mail scoutgirl85@msn.com.
The St. Joseph's Youth Group
Coordinator: Mia Murray 321-8080 ext. 3006
The St. Joseph's Youth Group was created to enrich the youth of
St. Joseph's grades six through 12, spiritually, emotionally, and
socially. Grades nine through twelve meet for weekly Bible studies,
guest speakers, retreats, and a variety of other social events.
Currently youth grades six through eight meet once a month. Upcoming
events can be found in the parish bulletin within the Youth News
section. All youth of the parish are invited to participate in the
youth group. Additionally, we are always in need of adults who are
interested in chaperoning events and/or transporting youth.
